Getting startedHow does it work?
Your 4K camcorder arrives a week before your wedding, fully charged. Your guests pass it around, and you ship it back in the prepaid mailer within a week after. Your reel arrives within 72 hours and your film within 7 days after we receive your footage.
CoverageHow long do we have the camera?
About two weeks. It arrives a week before your wedding, so you have time for a test run, and you have a week after to send it back with the prepaid label. That's plenty of time to film the rehearsal dinner, the bachelor or bachelorette party, and the day-after brunch too.
CoverageDo our guests need any experience?
None. It's point-and-shoot. Every package includes prompt cards that tell guests what to capture.
CoverageCan guests upload photos and videos from their phones?
Yes. Guest phone uploads: your guests' best clips go into your film. Both packages include a private upload link for photos and videos, with no app or guest account needed.
TurnaroundWhen will we get our videos?
Your reel arrives in 72 hours and your film in 7 days after your footage arrives. Add a $150 rush edit for your film in 72 hours.
TurnaroundIs the vertical reel an extra?
Nope. Your vertical reel is included in every package, ready to post to Reels or TikTok.
CoverageWhat is the difference between the packages?
The Keepsake includes one 4K camcorder, a 3-minute highlight film, and one reel. The Double Take includes two 4K camcorders, a 4–5 minute film, and two reels. For about $300 more, get both sides of the day. Both include raw footage, guest phone uploads and shipping both ways.

We're a new business, so our first 10 couples get launch pricing in exchange for honest feedback and permission to share a clip of their film.
CoverageDo we film anything ourselves?
Guests, not a professional camera operator, run the 4K camcorders. Pick a friend to start recording and hand off the camera.
ShippingIs postage included?
Yes, both ways, along with the camera, prompt card, and return mailer.
ShippingWhen does the camera arrive?
Arrives a week before your wedding. You have a week after to send it back.
ShippingWhere do you ship?
We ship 4K camcorders anywhere in the US, including Lake Geneva, Milwaukee, Madison and the Chicago suburbs.

Yes. Every clip is yours to download in 4K.

Both packages include 4K 4K camcorders. We confirm the exact camera model and recording format before booking.
EditingWho edits the film?
Our editors cut social campaigns for major consumer brands every day, and they bring that same eye to your film.
BookingHow far ahead should we book?
Book at least 14 days before your wedding. Pay 50% at booking; your balance is charged 14 days before shipping, which is 21 days before the wedding. For dates 14–20 days away, pay in full at booking.
BookingDo you film other events?
Yes. Birthdays, anniversaries, rehearsal dinners and bachelor or bachelorette weekends start from $395. Choose Something different (custom) to request a quote.
